WE START PAINTING
With the site prepped and protected, our crews begin the physical work. The execution phase starts with rigorous cleaning and surface preparation, which often involves vacuuming overhead dust, wiping down greasy conduits, and scraping away loose, failing paint. Once the ceiling is clean and sound, we finish our masking procedures to secure the area.
We apply rust-inhibiting or bonding primers where required, followed by professional coating application. Our teams use commercial airless spraying equipment to achieve efficient, uniform coverage of large, complex ceiling structures. Spraying allows us to reach deep into the angles of metal decking and seamlessly coat overhead pipes and joists.
As the painting concludes, we conduct a detailed site inspection and address any necessary touch-ups immediately. We then carefully remove all plastic masking, tape, and protective materials, finishing with a thorough site cleanup to leave your facility ready for immediate use.
